Access your account to manage your giving and sponsorship. Log in to view your donations, update your information, and stay connected with the children you support.
Click the Login button on this page to access the donor portal. If you have not logged in before, you may need to create a password using the email address associated with your donations or sponsorship. If you need help accessing your account, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you continue having trouble logging in, please contact us and we will help restore access.
Once you log in to the donor portal:
1. Navigate to “My Sponsorships” or “My Children”.
2. Select the child you sponsor.
3. Click “Write a Message” or “Send a Letter”.
4. Type your message and submit.
Messages are shared with the CarePoint team and delivered to your sponsored child.
You are welcome to send messages as often as you would like. Many sponsors choose to send encouragement a few times throughout the year. Your messages are a meaningful reminder to the children that someone is praying for them and cares about them.
Messages sent through the portal are shared with the local Christ’s Hope CarePoint team and delivered to your child as soon as possible. Depending on translation needs and CarePoint schedules, delivery may take some time, but every message is shared with care.
Depending on the portal settings, you may be able to upload photos or files when sending a message. If attachments are not available in the portal, you can contact our team and we will help deliver your message.
Yes. Sponsors periodically receive updates about their child through the sponsor portal and through Christ’s Hope communications.
These updates may include:
• Letters from your sponsored child.
• Photos or updates from the CarePoint.
• Ministry highlights and progress.
Updates may not occur on a fixed schedule, but we work to keep sponsors meaningfully connected to the child they support.
Occasionally, a child may leave the Christ’s Hope program due to family changes, relocation, or other circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you and invite you to sponsor another child so that your support can continue helping a child in need.
To update your payment information:
1. Log in to your donor portal.
2. Go to “My Giving” or “Payment Methods”.
3. Select “Update Payment Method”.
4. Enter your new card or bank details.
Your future donations or sponsorship gifts will use the updated payment method.

To update your address, phone number, or email:
1. Log in to your donor portal.
2. Navigate to “Account Settings” or “Profile”.
3. Update your contact information.
4. Save your changes.
Keeping your information updated ensures you continue receiving important updates and receipts.
You can access all of your donation receipts by logging into your donor portal.
1. Navigate to Giving History or Donation History.
2. Select the donation you would like a receipt for.
3. Download or print the receipt.
Year-end giving statements will also be available in your account.
To view your past donations:
1. Log in to the portal.
2. Go to Giving History.
3. Review your past gifts and sponsorship payments.
