I am writing to you from Namibia where I had the wonderful privilege to grow up. We are a small nation with a population of only 2,5 million but sadly it is estimated that about 200 000 people are living with HIV/AIDS. I am a devout Christian that recently had the wonderful opportunity to join Christ’s Hope International (https://christshope.org). Through my position as Country Team Leader I want to spread our message of hope and compassion and help AIDS affected orphaned and vulnerable children. I want to help these children to remain in families through our Ministry CarePoint model, which provides support physically, academically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially.

I believe that a single action can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact the world. Through your support I pray that I will be obedient in my calling to bring the life-changing message of Jesus Christ to children and families infected with and affected by HIV and AIDS through discipling and care giving, presenting them perfect in Christ Jesus.

I am excited about the opportunity and hope you see the value in the work that I will accomplish. I aim to do my job in Christ’s Hope hallmark uncompromisingly Biblical and unashamedly Christian way. I have chosen to trust God to provide funds for me and receive daily hope and inspiration from Matt. 6:33: “Instead, pursue Christ, walk in the Spirit, and love God with all of your heart. Trust him as the source of your personal and ministry provision”.

In order for me to join the team full time I am responsible to raise $14,400 per year. A donation of any amount would truly help me reach my goal. Although this is an appeal for a donation, I would also like to ask for you to remember me in your prayers that I may receive the wisdom and energy to fulfil God’s dream for me.
