My responsibility at Christ's Hope is to design and implement staff training and development programs and strategies as well as develop a corporate Human Resource system and framework for the field staff who serve with Christ’s Hope. I have extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and strategic planning. I have successfully performed various administrative, professional, technical and consultancy services in several organizations in the past 18 years. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, fully committed to serving Him in and out of season – in the workplace and at home. When I committed my life to Jesus about 20 years ago, I learned that a personal relationship with Him is greatly enhanced through service to Him. I have taken various roles in this area over the years having served first in Children’s Ministry at my local church. I am a mom to a 17-year-old young lady who is in her final year of high school this year. Relationship-building and team-work are a big part of what I’m passionate about and I therefore look forward to meeting each of you one day. Thank you!
