"Just Feed the Children"
Art for Hope
“The Barry Barnett Collection” was donated to Christ’s Hope by Barry Barnett. He shares the Christ’s Hope vision of “Transforming the lives of orphaned and vulnerable children in extreme poverty.” Barnett is choosing to use his God-given gifts, abilities, and his works in fine art to impact the world and make a difference in the lives of children. He has chosen to donate limited valuable artwork to Christ’s Hope to bless and grow the organization. Barry’s heart is to impact as many children as possible in Africa through Christ’s Hope.
"Just Feed the Children"
Currently inflation has the potential to reduce Christ’s Hope’s impact in Africa. In 2020, the average cost to feed a child was $3.61 a month but with the rise in inflation this cost is $7.86 a month. This is an 118% increase. In order to continue meeting the needs of the children and families of our CarePoints, Christ’s Hope needs your help to fight the inflation effects.
Barry Barnett has so graciously donated his African artwork collection as a “Thank You” to those who help feed the kids. Barnett’s goal is to impact 1.5 million lives through his artwork.
As a Thank You, you can receive one print of this artwork for a donation gift of $150, for a donation gift of $500 you can receive four prints of art. Interested in an original? For a donation gift of $10,000 you will receive a pencil sketch original and for $25,000 you will receive a watercolor original.
*All artwork is signed and numbered by artist, Barry Barnett. A limit of 10 prints per person. *

About the Artist
Barry Barnett was born in 1948 in Daytona Beach, Florida. His youth was spent fishing Florida’s salt-water coastal flats to the black water of the Saint Johns River. Now with Florida Black Bear and big cat hunting outside his studio window, it is the cry of the osprey that echo through, the wonder of it all.
When asked what he enjoys painting or sculpting Barry replies, “Life above and below the silent surface. I try to be a witness with brush or chisel to God’s gift of life.” Mr. Barnett’s proficient use of these medium has caused the varied results to be described as, “Realistic–Impressionism.” No matter where Barry goes on land to study his subject, this artist’s signature is etched deep in his first love … the sea.
Mr. Barnett’s paintings and sculpture are part of private, commercial, government and military collections throughout the United States. Establishing his fine art on six continents and having worked with humanitarian and environmental good cause issues made Barry an artist of international note.
Barry wants his artwork and his God given gifts and abilities to be used to impact the world and make a difference in the lives of children. He has chosen to donate his artwork to Christ’s Hope to be used to bless and grow the organization. Barry’s heart is to impact as many children as possible in Africa through Christ’s Hope.
