Why This Role Matters

Every sponsorship at Christ’s Hope International is a relationship — a sponsor who has chosen to invest their heart, prayers, and resources into a child’s life, and a child who is growing up knowing someone across the world believes in their future. As a CSP Volunteer, you’re the person who keeps that relationship alive. You’ll be the encouraging voice behind an email, the steady hand making sure an update arrives on time, and the liaison who helps our USA office and our Field Ministry teams stay connected on behalf of every child and every sponsor we serve.

This isn’t data entry. It’s ministry.

What You’ll Do

  • Sponsor Care — Respond to sponsor inquiries and follow up on child updates, prayer
    requests, correspondence, reports, sponsorship questions, transfers, and graduations.
  • Account Support — Help sponsors with payment issues, account updates, and renewals,
    coordinating with our Finance team as needed.
  • Donor Engagement — Invite sponsors deeper into the ministry through additional
    sponsorship, monthly giving, special projects, vision trips, and other opportunities to connect.
  • Field Coordination — Communicate with our international Child Sponsorship personnel
    to coordinate updates, reports, photographs, and correspondence.
  • Administration — Maintain accurate sponsor and CRM records, track follow-up, prepare
    correspondence, and support sponsorship campaigns.
  • Prayer & Ministry — Pray for sponsored children, families, caregivers, sponsors,
    churches, and staff — and reflect Christ’s love and compassion in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

You’re growing in your relationship with Jesus Christ and align with the mission, vision, Statement of Faith, and core values of Christ’s Hope International. You communicate clearly, stay organized, follow through on the details, and can be trusted with confidential information. You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and email platforms.

Experience in any of the following is a plus — but a heart for the mission matters most:

  • Customer service or donor relations
  • Child sponsorship or church ministry
  • Nonprofit administration or fundraising
  • International ministry

Because this role involves confidential donor, financial, and child information, we’re looking for someone who leads with Christ-centered servant leadership — showing compassion, integrity, professionalism, stewardship, confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, collaboration, and reliability in everything they do.

Training & Support We Provide

You won’t do this alone. We’ll train you in CSP policies and procedures, donor care, our CRM systems, sponsorship communication, child protection and safeguarding, cross-cultural communication, confidentiality, and ministry
philosophy — so you feel equipped and confident from day one.
